The Band has been in existence since 1922, and has served the Commonwealth and the nation with distinction. The unit history spans from action in World War II to present-day musical support roles in Bosnia in February 2002 and Normandy, France in June 2004. We are currently based in Roanoke, Virginia. The picture above is the unit on top of Mt. Scott during our 2007 Annual Training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
